EXERCISES: (This post is about the Exercises in the Katharina Schroth scoliosis program)
The kathirina schroth scoliosis program which his done in 4 weeks consists of exercises to strengthen weak muscles on the back, and stretch tightened muscles on the back.
IMPORTANT: While performing these exercises the Quality of how you perform the exercises is more important that the quality (how many reputations) you do.
Get the quality right, then you will be on the right track. There is a certain technique to the exercises
Somebody performing 5 reputations of an exercise in the CORRECT way will a better result than somebody performing 15 reputations of the same exercise in the INCORRECT WAY.
Remember: QUALITY not QUANTITY

Is this available in India, iam a 23 years old male and all the Orthos and Physios i met are giving me contradictory advise, i got mild lombordisis or somethin, but its messin up my life.
